Konan got his first gig at the age of 19 as a DJ for High school Dances, where he was responsible for setting up, lighting effects, providing all the music, and keeping the crowd thoroughly entertained. As he gained experience, he quickly moved up to taking on a gig at the Northwood Inn located in the heart of Cottage Country, Haliburton. He was given the spotlight as the only DJ for the weekend's packed house. With such positive feedback he was asked back for the New Years gig as well as other busy long weekends while he attended Wilfred Laurier University. Since then he has applied his experience and passion for music to hosting many unique and successful theme parties.
